???? What you’ll be doing

You'll be a key part of the Customer Finance team, taking responsibility for managing and reconciling customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely cash collection.

Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.

Identifying payment patterns and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Maintaining clean, up-to-date ledgers and ensuring full compliance with internal financial controls (Sarbanes-Oxley).

Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives (like robotic process automation).

Collaborating closely with customers, internal finance teams, and billing departments across Europe.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Fluent/native Dutch and a high level of English (working language).

Experience in financial/accounting roles (collections or reconciliation highly valued).

Solid knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

A collaborative spirit and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
