Credit Control Specialist (French) - 100% remote -Bulgaria

Our partner is one of the leading BPO service providers in Bulgaria. Currently they’re looking for a highly motivated 100% REMOTE WORK WITH FRENCH FROM BULGARIA (Credit Control).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Collection of all accounts using various collections methods – however the main source will be direct customer communication via outbound/inbound calls;

* Implementation of permanent account administration, reconciliation and account analysis;

* Implementation of credit/account management, ascertainment of the payment patterns and, if

necessary, implementation of corrective measures.

Requirements:

* Excellent level of French and English;

* Sap Experience;

* PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).;

* Excellent communication skills;

* Highly responsible and stress-resistant personality.
