CRM Content Writer - Native French

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a CRM Content Writer - Native French to join our CRM Department.

Your role at Tech4sGroup:

• Designing copy for both on-site and off-site CRM communication channels that support the brand and generate results (i.e.: customer conversion, retention, and reactivation…) 
• Contributing to the conceptual thinking and development of campaign work for large calendar events and new recurring campaigns
• Helping to maintain the company Tone Of Voice on a brand and market level
• Ensuring that the content is in line with market trends and regulations 
• Being part of the copy execution for cross-channel and direct-marketing campaigns 
• Working with designers to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns 
• Becoming an expert on brand positioning and awareness focusing on originality and differentiation 
• Staying updated on current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech
• Helping and supporting other CRM team members with daily tasks if needed

Profile Requirements: 

• You have a passion for words and writing segmented content
• You fact-check every piece of information you provide
• You are detail oriented
• You can localize content based on country/region specificities
• You understand the concept of brand positioning and brand awareness
• Receptive to feedback and have company's best interest always as a priority 

Requirements: 

• Excellent writing and editing skills in French 
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role 
• Experience doing research using multiple sources 
• Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
• Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic 
• Good social skills - ability to work with team members and other departments 
• Experienced researcher and problem solver
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio of published articles
