DESCRIPTION
As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for the well-known travel company, you will:

• Handle inbound inquiries from accommodation and car rental partners
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with booking changes, pricing, and availability updates
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Work in a fast-paced, international environment
REQUIREMENTS
• Native or fluent Croatian
• Good English level (B2 or higher)
• EU passport (mandatory – no visa sponsorship)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
OFFER
• €1,200 gross/month (14th times per year) + bonus 20%
