With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets.
 
As we continue to expand, we are looking for Croatian and Serbian-speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary—whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide top-quality support to our Croatian and Serbian customers via phone and email
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
  • Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

REQUIREMENTS
  • Near-native skills in Croatian or Serbian language, with at least intermediate English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
  • be located in Hungary or willing to relocate
