Your work:
- Assist travelers via phone and email with reservations, itinerary changes, payment questions, and general platform support
- Provide clear guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users have a smooth and stress-free travel experience
- Represent a rapidly expanding online travel platform with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and soft skills — you’ll be supporting users with delivery and logistics inquiries
- Fluency in Croatian
- Good command of English (B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living locally
- EU Passport
- Availability to start on 02/01/2026
OFFER
- 1200 EUR base salary + monthly performance bonus
- Accommodation is offered for 380 EUR room in a shared apartment per month
- 40h/week contract
- All necessary work equipment provided (computer, headset, etc.)
