The company delivers high-quality multilingual support, manages customer inquiries, resolves service-related issues, and ensures smooth and efficient communication via phone, email, and chat. With a strong focus on reliability and customer satisfaction, they assist users worldwide and adapt to the unique demands of fast-growing markets.

 

Your work:

  • Assist travelers via phone and email with reservations, itinerary changes, payment questions, and general platform support
  • Provide clear guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users have a smooth and stress-free travel experience
  • Represent a rapidly expanding online travel platform with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication and soft skills — you’ll be supporting users with delivery and logistics inquiries
  • Fluency in Croatian
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living locally
  • EU Passport
  • Availability to start on 02/01/2026
OFFER
  • 1200 EUR base salary + monthly performance bonus
  • Accommodation is offered for 380 EUR room in a shared apartment per month
  • 40h/week contract
