Join a dynamic team as a Multilingual Ad-Sales Specialist, where you'll be the first point of contact for business clients via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to help advertisers succeed through customized social media advertising strategies. This role blends inbound warm leads with proactive outreach, requiring agility, commercial acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with agencies and advertisers across multiple communication channels
- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach with rapid follow-up
- Identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored advertising solutions
- Optimize marketing campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes
- Launch and monitor digital ad campaigns, tracking performance metrics
- Detect campaign trends and take proactive steps to improve results
- Collaborate with internal experts when specialized support is needed
- Promote effective use of advertising tools to enhance customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Italian, French, Spanish, German, Polish or Czech + Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in target-driven environments
- Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, transactional sales settings
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Holder of a valid EU passport
- Experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing
