DESCRIPTION
  • Patiently assist customers;
  • Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues;
  • Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;
  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
  • Multitask in fast paced environment with high volume of communications;
  • Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;
  • Chase and follow-up – bring things to resolution;

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent command of one of the following languages: German/Turkish/Ukrainian;
  • Confident, dynamic, and creative professional;
  • Excellent listening and communication skills;
  • Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with ability to understand customers’ needs;
  • Ability to work on shift rotation;
  • Positive attitude and motivation;
  • Previous experience is not required;
