Custome Service - Luxury - Dutch & English - 26.5K

We are looking for a PMA with native or bilingual level of Dutch and advanced English (C1) to provide customer services for a major international automotive company in an impressive project.

Requirements:

• Studies and/or professional experience related to the luxury sector.
• Native or bilingual level of DUTCH.
• Advanced level of ENGLISH (C1).
• Residence in MADRID.
• IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION

• PERMANENT CONTRACT. We will train you from day one within the contract.
• Working hours of 39 hours per week.
• SALARY up to 26.5k euros gross per year.
• Supplementary bonus of €400 gross per month for being available outside of working hours.
• Sign bonus of 1.500euros for the first year
• Availability required between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
• Laptop and company mobile phone
• Paid training within the contract for 3 weeks.
• On-site working at our offices near Puerta de Toledo or Pirámides.
• Possible transition to a hybrid working model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office required for occasional meetings and training.
