What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As a German-Speaker Customer Support Advisor for a Smart Energy Project, you will:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone
  • Handle questions and performing troubleshooting for B2C customers.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.


REQUIREMENTS

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service
  • Have a taste for new technologies
  • For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
