About our partner: We have been working together with our trusted partner since 2022. They are a renown IT & Consultancy company that collaborate with major brands across the globe.

About the project: This specific project is in Fintech. Your responsibilities would include:
-Responding to inquiries about accounts, transactions, and financial services.
-Investigating and resolving disputes, errors, and complaints efficiently.
-Verifying customer identities and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
-Assisting with payments, transfers, and account updates.
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.

European residency is required to live and work in Latvia. Therefore, at this point in time, we can only consider candidates that either hold a valid EU passport or Identity Card. Candidates based in Latvia already could be considered when holding a valid working documents.
