Customer Care with Dutch (relocation support provided)

We are currently seeking Dutch speakers to work for a major international airline group as customer care advisors. Based in their central Prague offices you will be responsible for assisting their commercial cargo customers with various inquires and requests.

So on a daily basis your main activities will be;

• Tracking and tracing cargo items
• Handling bookings
• Pre-bookings
• Import calls
• Support with various claims

Interactions will be mostly via email although there will also be phone calls too.

  • Fluent Dutch plus good English.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
