For one of our clients – a global tech solutions firm specializing in software development and

end-to-end digital transformation for industry leaders – Live Support Specialist with English.

 

Responsibilities:

*Interact with customers live on camera in real time, providing support and guidance in a professional manner;

*Deliver clear and confident on-screen communication to answer user questions and assist with common issues;

*Participate in recorded video sessions for quality assurance, training, or customer engagement;

*Represent the company’s values and tone in all live interactions;

*Follow scripts or structured guidelines where applicable, while remaining natural and personable;

*Collaborate with team leads and trainers to continuously improve performance on camera.

 

Qualifications:

*Excellent level in English or Turkish, or Russian (spoken and written);

* Comfortable speaking live on camera and being recorded regularly during work sessions;

* Confident, well-presented, and able to maintain a professional appearance on-screen;

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. support, hospitality, front desk) is a plus;

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a live audience;

* Able to work in a structured, performance-monitored environment.
