What do we have in store for you?

  • Email and telephone communication (passive/active calls) with Bistro.sk customers, restaurants and couriers.
  • You will get to know new cities in Slovakia from the perspective of a dispatcher - you will help couriers bring quality service to our customers.
  • You will be responsible for the up-to-dateness and accuracy of menus and restaurant information
  • You will track completed orders on Bistro.sk
  • And we do not forget about regular statistics and reporting according to the instructions of the Bistro.sk supervisor and manager

How do we work?

We have different types of shifts - morning from 8:00 - 16:30, between shifts from 10:00 - 18:30, afternoon from 13:30 - 22:00, of course, there are more combinations, but we can promise you for now that your shift will not start earlier than 8 and will not end later than 22. We present the shift calendar at the job interview so that you know whether it suits you or not.

REQUIREMENTS
Employee requirements

The position is suitable for applicants with the following education:

  • High school with a high school diploma
  • additional/higher vocational education
  • 1st level university

Language skills: English language - Intermediate (B1)

Other skills:

  • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
  • Microsoft Word - Intermediate

Personal requirements and skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer orientated
  • Good mood and positive approach to life
