Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
- Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client’s queries, and explaining company policies
- Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
- Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
- Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
- Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- People Person – you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Tech savvy and analytical
