• Excellent communication skills in German (written and verbal) and English (for internal communication)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• To be entitled to this position, you need to be EU citizen or have a valid VISA to work in Portugal
