Your playing field

  • During the first 6-8 weeks you will learn everything that is important for the position in a paid training course.
  • After that, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and communicate with them mainly via email and live chat.
  • You will also regularly take on shifts on our service phone to help and advise our store employees
  • You keep yourself always informed about our promotions and offers.
  • We encourage continuous learning and provide regular training to learn and refresh expertise, market trends and best practices.
  • We are #oneteam - you will work closely and cross-functionally with other teams such as Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Marketing.
  • You support our team with new ideas and suggestions for improvement to make Tipico even better.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Fluency in German. As the #1 sports betting provider on the German-speaking market, this is a must for communicating with our German-speaking customers.
  • Good knowledge of English. Our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is also the official language of your new home, Malta.
  • Customer oriented. You enjoy interacting with customers and solving their problems.
  • Tech-savvy. You can handle the common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems, such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce. 
  • Multi-tasking. You get on very well in a dynamic working environment and are able to work on 3 chats at the same time.
  • Flexibility. You are willing to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8am and midnight.


Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming or sports betting is advantageous, but not a requirement.
