Your daily playing field
Are you good with people? Are you motivated by solving problems and helping customers? We offer a dynamic work environment where customer communication primarily takes place via email and live chat. Our customer service team is one of the cornerstones of our success. We want you to represent us and continue to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Your playing field
- During the first 4-6 weeks, you will learn everything that is important for the position in a paid training program.
- After that, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will communicate with them primarily via email and live chat.
- You will also regularly take shifts on our service telephone to support and advise our shop staff.
- You are always well informed about our promotions and offers.
- We promote continuous professional development and offer regular training courses to learn and refresh specialist knowledge, market trends and best practices.
- We are #oneteam – you work closely and across functions with other teams such as Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Marketing.
- You support our team with new ideas and suggestions for improvement to make Tipico even better.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German skills. As the #1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, this is a prerequisite for communicating with our German-speaking customers.
- Good English skills are required. Our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. English is also the official language of your new home, Malta.
- Customer-oriented. You greatly enjoy interacting with customers and solving their problems.
- Tech-savvy. You are proficient in using standard MS Office programs and quickly learn to operate new systems, such as our in-house developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.
- Multitasking. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are able to handle 3 chats simultaneously.
- Flexible. You are willing to work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6 a.m. and 2 a.m.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming or sports betting is advantageous, but not a requirement.
