At Konecta, a leading company in customer experience and consulting with an international presence, we are hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT for the events sector.

Your role will be 100% customer service, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information. Forget about sales—here, your only focus is service.

Requirements:
-Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
-Good command of office applications
-Must reside in Madrid and have full availability for training and onboarding.

Job Conditions:
-In-person training in Madrid from August 18 to 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Attendance, engagement, and comprehension are essential to successfully complete the training. If you commit, you’ll succeed! Please note: training is unpaid.
-We offer 30 or 39-hour weekly contracts, scheduled from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. You’ll work 5 days a week with 2 days off. A maximum of 2 weekends per month will be required, and in those cases, you’ll work from home, with compensatory rest during the week.
-You will have a fixed shift within the time range of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., as determined by the service. Your availability will be discussed during the online interview.
-Type of contract: Permanent seasonal contract (not a summer or holiday-only position; we aim to train you and keep you long-term).
-Salary: 30h/week: €1,062.56 gross/month - 39h/week: €1,381.33 gross/month
Location for training and in-person work: Calle San Romualdo, 26 (San Blas–Canillejas, 28037 Madrid) Nearby Metro lines: Line 5 (Torre Arias) and Line 7 (Las Musas)
