Customer Support Agent - Dutch (Amsterdam based, onsite)

As a Customer Support Agent for the Dutch market, you will be the voice of our company. 

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • Supporting our Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Dutch and English)
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
