DESCRIPTION
You will play a pivotal role in supporting Content Creators and Influencers across leading social media platforms, empowering them to optimize their experience and grow their online presence. Will have the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with Content Creators, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their overall user experience.

What you'll do
  • Assist influencers with account management, subscription services, technical troubleshooting, and effective use of platform tools to help maximize their reach and engagement;
  • Make outbound calls and personalized follow-ups to ensure creators clearly understand available tools, services, and support, fostering a high-touch support experience;
  • Offer in-depth support for content creation, marketing, and engagement tools, helping creators and SMB clients optimize strategies and enhance user experience;
  • Identify recurring issues across creators, provide data-driven solutions, and share actionable insights to improve content performance and audience growth.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native level written and verbal communication skills in Arabic;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level) required;
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential);
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
