Our Client is a leading global technology company that aims to build community and bring the world closer together. They provide popular social networking services that enable people to connect, share, and discover. 

What you'll do
  • Provide support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media regarding Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and the use of Marketing tools.
  • Do outbound phone calls as necessary to improve communication and troubleshooting issues with Users.
  • Offer product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience.
  • Identify trends and resolving issues encountered by users. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (C2);
  • Exceptional knowledge of English (minimum C1);
  • Empathic and helpful;
  • Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
