???? About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll assist customers by providing professional support through inbound communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with bookings, purchases, and account-related inquiries.
Supporting payment, shipping, returns, and exchange requests.
Managing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
Providing an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for someone who has:
Native or fluent Arabic (C2).
Good English (B2+).
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
