To improve their Packaging and Product Assembly (PPA) department the company is looking for a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) with good German & Polish written and spoken. So, verbal skills in English.
Detail job description
- Entering quotes and orders in SAP
- First contact with customers
- Informing customers about the status of orders
- Handling warranty, return and credit requests
- Handling complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
- Taking care of internal requests and all other incoming requests
- Proactive order follow up
REQUIREMENTS
- German and Polish language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English
- Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics)
- General knowledge of business and work processes (supply chain)
- Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired
- Computer literate (advanced knowledge of MS Office)
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
