Customer Service Representative - Italian, in Lisbon

What will your mission be? 

- Managing travelling clients; 

- Answering the telephone and organising the appropriate means to deal with the type of accident/damage reported by the client; 

- Identifying problems that make it impossible for customers to continue travelling. 

What will make you successful in this position? 

- Experience in a contact centre in a similar role; 

- Fluency in English & Italian (mandatory); 

- Good communication skills. 

What do we have to offer? 

- Contract with Adecco HR; 

- Basic salary: 1000 EUR + Food allowance: 8.32 EUR; 

- Hours: 09h00 - 18H00, with two rotating days off; 

- Location: Picoas (Lisbon).
