Customer Service Representative - Norwegian for POS Devices

We collaborate with one of the leading companies that provide technology for electronic payment transactions. Their products are POS electronic payment devices with their own operating systems, security and encryption software and certified payment software.


What you will do:

  • Primary Point of Contact: You’ll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests.
  • Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.
  • Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellence in Interaction: Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.
  • Goal-Oriented: Commit to meeting personal and team targets.

What you will bring:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and very good use of English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Team Spirit: Demonstrate genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit.
