Customer Service Representative with Dutch

For our Client, a global leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Customer Service Specialist.

• contacting customers and responding to their queries in a professional manner,
• providing detailed information about products, services, order statuses or delivery time,
• supporting clients in the purchase process,
• solving clients' problems and complaints,
• cooperating closely with finance and procurement departments,
• registering all activities and queries in the SAP system.

• previous experience in customer service,
• very good command of Dutch (C1),
• very good command of English (min. B2),
• university degree,
• knowledge of SAP system as an asset.
