Customer Service Representative with German

Into a heart of our Envista European businesses – we are looking for Customer Service Representative with German.


For a new project being transitioned to Prague, we are looking for colleagues to act as Customer Service Representatives to provide advice and support to our B2B customers from the dental industry, go above and beyond customer expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience.


The main responsibilities involve:

  • Being responsible for different aspects of order management (processing, monitoring, follow-up)
  • Communication with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure that orders are placed correctly and on time
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status updates
  • Providing additional information regarding products, additional services, and similar
  • Resolve any potential customer issues and troubleshooting problems, provide appropriate solutions
  • Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies
  • Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers
  • Updating customer records and maintaining several CRM systems
  • Working in collaboration with other departments
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies



REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous customer service experience is welcome
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German language
  • Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Package
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is considered an advantage
