Due to the development of organizational structures, our client - a company from the outsourcing industry, is looking for German-speaking candidates to support a new project.
Location of work: Wrocław
German/French Speaking Customer Service Agent is responsible for:
- addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
- escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- responding promptly to customer inquiries
- processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
REQUIREMENTS
- very good command of both English and German/French language
- experience in customer support would be an asset
- proactive approach
- ability to honor deadlines
