Customer service specialist with German

Your responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls in German about mobile and internet services, bills
• Presentation of the offer prepared for the customer

Requirements

• German language skills (B2 level)
• Highly developed communication skills
• Pro-client attitude
• Willingness to develop your sales skills
• Need to work in an office in Szczecin

Employment conditions:

- working days: Monday - Sunday (5 days a week)

- working hours: 8.5h a day (1h break included); Monday - Saturday: 7:30-22:00, Sunday: 7:30-20:00

- Salary: 7500 PLN gross + 500 PLN gross bonus
