Will you be our new Customer Service Employee?

Your responsibilities:

→ Answering customer questions via various communication channels.
→ Advising and supporting customers with their requests and problems.
→ Ensuring correct administrative processing of customer interactions.
→ Coordinating and following up on service requests and appointments.
→ Thinking along about process improvements and contributing to an optimal customer experience.
→ Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide efficient solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile:

• Fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) and a good command of English.

• Professional working and thinking level.

• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must.

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.

• Multitasking and an eye for detail are your strengths.

• You feel at home in a dynamic environment and can work flexibly (including evenings, weekends and holidays).

• You perform optimally both independently and in a team.
