Your Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information based on strong knowledge of products, brand, and industry standards
- Conduct research to ensure complete and precise responses to inquiries
- Deliver a positive, efficient, and solution-oriented customer experience
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Candidate Profile
- Near-native Slovenian, minimum C1 level, written and spoken
- English at B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Good typing skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completed high school education
Employment Details
- Full-time position
- Working model: B&M
- Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 09:00 to 23:00
- Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00
- Shifts scheduled within these hours
- Training: 3 weeks of training plus 1 week nesting
- Salary: 3700 BGN gross
- Performance bonus of up to 10 percent, applicable after the first 6 months

- 14 nights in a city center hotel with breakfast included
- Travel expense reimbursement up to 250 EUR after 6 months
- Optional salary advance of 540 EUR net upon request, transferred within 5 working days
