DESCRIPTION
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from German-speaking users
  • Resolving questions related to bookings, accounts, payments, and platform usage
  • Troubleshooting and guiding users through online solutions
  • Escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Providing a seamless, friendly, and high-quality customer experience
  • Using internal tools, knowledge bases, and scripts to support users efficiently
  • Meeting performance KPIs (speed, quality, customer satisfaction)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2+)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus (e.g., call center, hospitality, retail)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed)
  • Basic technical skills and quick adaptability to new tools and systems
