DESCRIPTION
- Answering inbound calls and emails from German-speaking users
- Resolving questions related to bookings, accounts, payments, and platform usage
- Troubleshooting and guiding users through online solutions
- Escalating complex cases when necessary
- Providing a seamless, friendly, and high-quality customer experience
- Using internal tools, knowledge bases, and scripts to support users efficiently
- Meeting performance KPIs (speed, quality, customer satisfaction)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2+)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (e.g., call center, hospitality, retail)
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed)
- Basic technical skills and quick adaptability to new tools and systems
