DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about technologies and want to help shape the online banking industry? Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation? Moreover, do you want to experience Greece and live either in the beautiful city of Athens, or remotely from anywhere (yes, even an island!)?

 

We are currently seeking German-speaking customer advisors for the first European fully cloud-based neobank who are eager to embark on a professional journey in the stunning country of Greece. As the primary point of contact for customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and provide friendly and solution-oriented assistance.

 

Your Responsibilities:

As a customer advisor, you will utilize your skills to efficiently and accurately resolve emerging issues. You will uphold excellent standards and share your passion for software and cloud technologies with customers and colleagues. Given the dynamic nature of this job, you will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.

  • German-speaking inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Handling customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
  • Responding appropriately to customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve or properly close tickets
  • Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile:

  • German language skills at C1/C2 level + English language skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, call center environment, or customer-facing role is a plus
  • PC skills required
  • Patience to communicate and solve problems
  • Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
