We’re looking for bilingual speakers with  portuguese medical certificate for multiple disabilities to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands.

To give customers a consistente path to a great experience, you will:
  • Attend all types of contacts made by the customer by voice, email or chat for B2C or B2B business;
  • Receive customers and identify their needs;
  • Advise customers and potential customers on products and services;
  • To initiate customers in the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity;
  • Perform an initial analysis of reported failures in the machines and guide customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance;
  • Maximize the sale of all available products (coffee, machines and accessories).
REQUIREMENTS
In compliance with the quota system imposed by Law No. 4/2019, of January 10 and its positive action measures, this job advertisement is aimed at people with disabilities.
  • Portuguese Medical Certificate for Multiple Disabilities equal to or greater than 60% (mandatory);
  • Living in Portugal;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...).
