DESCRIPTION

Tasks: 

Duties: Answering phone call, responding to emails and chats on topics related to luggage, flight rescheduling, changing passenger information, inquiries about flight rules, responding to complaints and broad inquiries about anything related to the flight.

REQUIREMENTS

Language: German C1 or Italian C1

+ English: B2

OFFER

Type of contract: labour or civil contracts. 

Working hours/days to choose between:

Mon – Fri 9-22

Sat 9 – 7 pm

Sunday 10-19

Salaries depend on the type of contract


For Italian: 6000 PLN gross or 35.71 PLN gross/hour

For German:

Labour Contract: 7000 PLN / month

Contract Civil (hour): 42 PLN/ hour

Relocation

For the candidates coming from abroad 

Transportation coverage (flight booking, train, bus or fuel reimbursement) up to 500 EUR

Hotel Booking (14 nights + breakfast)

Real Estate Agency fee coverage up to 500 EUR

For the relocators within Poland:

Transportation coverage (flight booking, train, bus or fuel reimbursement) up to 250 EUR

Hotel Booking (14 nights + breakfast)

Real Estate Agency fee coverage up to 500 EUR
