Are you interested in the fashion industry and fluent in Italian?

Are you living in Portugal?

We are currently looking for someone who is great at communicating and understanding clients’ needs to be part of a fashion-oriented e-Commerce customer service for an American multinational apparel and footwear company.

 

In this role you’ll be the first person to be in touch with italian customers and, as such, be a part of the brand engagement process and give a positive image of the fashion brands you’ll be representing.

Key Responsabilities:

  • We are counting on your motivation and enthusiasm to give a 5-star rating experience and make each interaction with the italian customers unique.
  • As someone who is able to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly, in no time you’ll be able to navigate the system efficiently and find the information you need to provide a timely answer to customers’ requests.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written;
  • High school diploma or a higher education degree;
  • You are passionate about fashion;
  • Fiber optic internet connection (mandatory), since you'll be working from home.
OFFER
  • Base salary of 950€ gross monthly;
  • Language bonus of 100€/month;
  • Meal allowance of 6€ net per day;
  • A Monday to Friday’s job (9am to 6pm); During the peek season the hours may extend until 8pm and with work at the weekend.
