Customer Support in German - payments tech

Key responsibilities

• Being the voice of the company and the direct link with business partners;
• Take care of the german-speaking market;
• Support the clients and answer all questions and inquiries about the product and services.

• German native or fluent speaker.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Good communication and customer-friendly service focus.
• Tech savvy.
• Temporarily you will be working at home. For this, you will need to have a fibre connection and a phone landline (mandatory).

• Salary package of 1400€/month plus a meal allowance of 6€/day paid in card;
