About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will support them via chat, email, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
You will work from our modern Varna office, designed for collaboration, growth, and comfort.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
  • Document all interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system
  • Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams while keeping customers updated
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
  • Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
  • Good command of English (B2)
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple platforms
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage
