About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will support them via chat, email, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
You will work from our modern Varna office, designed for collaboration, growth, and comfort.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
- Document all interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system
- Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams while keeping customers updated
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
- Good command of English (B2)
- High school diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple platforms
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
