We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team as German-Speaking Customer Support & Technical Support Representatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on one of two distinct projects, allowing you to leverage your language skills and technical aptitude to deliver exceptional support experiences.  

As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to German-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit for you.  

For those with a technical mindset, the technical support role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues. You will use your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical challenges, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:  

Customer Support:  
 - Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.  
 - Address inquiries related to products, services, and account management.  
 - Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.  

Technical Support:  
 - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users.  
 - Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.  
 - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems.  
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced/Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and Intermediate/Advanced in English.  
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is advantageous.  
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
