Customer Support with Dutch - Remote in Morocco

DESCRIPTION

FOUNDEVER is looking for motivated customer contact agents for one of their clients in Morocco. This job requires you to be in Morocco and have Moroccan passport, you can work remotely from any part of the country.

 

Mission is to provide support to customers to ensure a seamless experience when using  shipping and logistics services. 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language
  • Living in Morocco + being Moroccan citizen
  • You learn quickly, are good at multitasking and can respond quickly and appropriately
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills
  • Service-oriented trait; friendliness should be second nature to you

Standard schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
Summer time adjustment: shifts begin at 7:00 AM CET.
During hour changes, work is from 8:00 to 18:00
Weekend : OFF (Saturday on rotation basis )

 

OFFER

We offer:

  •  Long-term open-ended contract (CDI)
  • Retirement pension contribution: CNSS included from the first month
  • Health care insurance: Covers 85% of medical fees
  • The salary is calculated on an hourly basis over an average of 191 working hours per month (44 hours/week)
  • Base Net Salary (for 191h/month): 11.000 MAD
  • Performance Bonus (Net, up to): 1,773 MAD (Absenteeism and disciplinary actions can reduce the bonus amount)
  • Total Monthly Earnings Potential: 12,773 MAD net (Base + Dutch Bonus + Full Performance Bonus) 

 

Paid training: Training hours are paid at the fixed hourly base rate

Contract signing: During the first week of training

Social benefits: Active from the first month

 

Holidays:

Moroccan Bank Holidays: If scheduled to work on these days, agents are paid double for those hours
