Our customer is an international company with many different offices around the world. They run many projects in Polish and foreign languages and they are currently looking for

Customer Support with Italian

The offer includes a relocation package and applies to stationary work in KrakówWarsaw or Gdańsk.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming calls from customers and provide information/support in Italian
  • Supporting customers via internet chat – answering questions and resolving customer’s problems
  • Handling email complaints




REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Italian B2/C1 minimum 
  • English is a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Great computer skills
  • Customer focus
  • Nice to have previous experience in similar roles dealing with customers
  • Team working skills
  • Flexibility and Resiliency
