Responsabilities:

What would your occupation be?

  • Manage telephone contacts in italian with customers;
  • Technical support in telecommunications;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity with the company in the long term;
  • Advise the customer about services and offers;
  • Generate added value for the customer, with the main focus on the sales area.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in italian/english;
  • Ability to compromise;
  • Basic knowledge and previous experience in call center;
  • Good level of communication;
  • Sense of duty and punctuality;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Flexibility and resistance to stress;
  • Independent and accurate working method.
OFFER

Salary 1412€-1772€ per month

Contract duration: 12 months

Full-time employment contract, fixed term.
