Customer & Technical Support with German + relocation pack

Are you the best professional solving technical issues? Can you transform a problem into a good experience? Are you fluent in German? Then, work as Customer & Technical Support!

We are looking for a Technical Support to join our team. Be the first point of contact with our client’s end-users. Answer customer questions and clarify any information about our client’s software, through phone and email.

 

What you'll do

  • Working as a Customer & Technical Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;
  • Provide the necessary help to solve all customer’s technical issues, through phone and email;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
  • Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand;
  • Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs;
  • Have a central role within the internal organization.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
  • Experience in Technical Support (1 year minimum);
  • Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support;
  • Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
  • Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
