DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and building positive relationships with our users. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries.
Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat.
Providing product support: Help users with troubleshooting and technical issues related to our software.
Managing customer accounts: Support with account setups, updates, and cancellations.
Resolving technical problems: Diagnose issues and escalate more complex cases to the technical support team.


REQUIREMENTS
  • EU citizenship (mandatory – we cannot sponsor visas)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
