DESCRIPTION
Join my client's team as a Customer Support Representative and become the friendly face behind exceptional user experiences! You’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed while fostering strong, positive relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide expert product support, guiding users through troubleshooting and technical challenges.
  • Manage customer accounts, including setup, updates, and cancellations.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to our specialized technical support team.

REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for:
  • EU citizenship – mandatory (we’re unable to sponsor visas).
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Problem-solving mindset – thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn – a basic technical understanding is a plus.
  • Customer service experience – advantageous, but not required.
