DESCRIPTION
  • Provide support to Tesco colleagues
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience
  • Forwarding maintenance issues to subcontractors
  • Take ownership of the issue
  • Escalate contacts efficiently

 

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Advanced Czech language knowledge
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Advanced Hungarian language knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Slovak language knowledge is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
