DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to Tesco colleagues
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience
- Forwarding maintenance issues to subcontractors
- Take ownership of the issue
- Escalate contacts efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/ high school education
- Advanced Czech language knowledge
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Advanced Hungarian language knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Slovak language knowledge is an advantage
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
