Role: Danish Customer Support Advisor

Salary: 1300€ per month + up to 100 euro monthly performance bonus

Relocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

The Role

We are recruiting for fluent Danish speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this seaside town has a lot to offer!

As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a very well known European cloud-based neobank, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. Questions around the customers'a account, payments and light technical troubleshooting will be all part of your daily tasks.

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills in Danish both written and spoken
• Interest in technology
• Good command of English
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
• Ability to show empathy and handle difficult customers
• Multi tasking skills
