Your Role
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist customers in completing website orders.
- Contribute to creating value for employees, clients, customers, and the broader community.
REQUIREMENTS
- Living in Portugal
- Fluent in Danish with a good command of English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Calm and organized, even during busy periods.
- Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn.
