We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service agents for our international client to work remotely in Greece. We are seeking adventurous, motivated, and engaged employees who want to develop their professional profile and enjoy the rich Mediterranean culture.

Job responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish customers via phone and/or chat, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and premium service experience.

Assist customers with product setup, usage guidance, maintenance advice, and troubleshooting for high-end household appliances.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including software-related functions, connectivity, and basic system or network configurations where applicable.

Identify and provide effective solutions in cases of product malfunction, including repair guidance, replacements, or escalation when needed.

Offer clear and accurate product information, tailored recommendations, and best-practice advice to help customers get the most from their products.

Handle warranty inquiries, service bookings, and follow-ups with precision and attention to detail.

Communicate complex technical information in a clear, calm, and customer-friendly manner, maintaining the brand’s premium tone and quality standards at all times.rs.

REQUIREMENTS
Personal qualifications:

C2 Danish language skills
B2 English skills
Previous experience in service-related roles (preferred, not mandatory) 
Motivated and eager to learn.
Willing to relocate and adapt to a new culture in Greece.
You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
