Join us as a Customer Service Agent for Nespresso!
Nespresso is a market leader when it comes to coffee. They offer a wide selection of coffee capsules, machines, and accessories.
We help our customers via phone, chat, social media, and email. Your main responsibility will be to answer questions and find solutions for problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and technical support for coffee machines. To fit into the customer service role, you need to be adaptable and good at finding solutions. We're looking for people with a passion for coffee and for helping others to join our team!
